1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Prime Loyalty Program application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
These terms apply to all users including companies, distributors, dealers, and influencers.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
- You must complete KYC verification with accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Each individual may register only one account.
- Business entities must provide valid registration documentation.
3. Loyalty Points
Points are awarded based on verified sales data as per the applicable company scheme. Points have no cash value until redeemed through the official redemption process.
Points are non-transferable between users. Expired or forfeited points cannot be reinstated. The platform reserves the right to adjust point calculations in case of errors or fraudulent activity.
4. Sales Upload & Verification
All sales data submitted must be accurate and verifiable. Submission of false, inflated, or fabricated sales data is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of accumulated points.
The company whose scheme is active retains final authority over sales verification and point approval.
5. Redemption
- Redemptions are processed to your verified bank account only.
- Minimum redemption thresholds apply as defined by each scheme.
- Redemption requests are subject to verification and may take 1-5 business days.
- All redemptions are final and non-reversible once processed.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not submit fraudulent sales data, manipulate the points system, use automated tools or bots, share or sell your account, disrupt the platform, or violate applicable laws and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Prime Loyalty Program is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter arising out of these terms is limited to the amount of points in your account at the time of the claim.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the application or email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. For any queries, contact legal@primeloyaltyprogram.com.
